National Association of Advanced Motorcycle Instructors |
|
|
Aims Standards The Principal aims of the National Association of Advanced Motorcycle Instructors (NAAMI) are to promote and maintain high and consistent standards of advanced motorcycle instruction and generally to promote an increased awareness of the safety and other benefits of advanced motorcycle training. Register of Members The Association maintains a register of members whose membership is conditional on the possession of appropriate qualifications in advanced motorcycle instruction, and adherence to a code of professional conduct. The Association will offer associate membership to people who are planning to train as advanced motorcycle instructors. Information The Association will seek to provide information, advice and support to members on matters relating to advanced motorcycling instruction. Consultation The Association intends to work closely with the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA), the Institute of Advanced Motorcyclists (IAM) and other relevant organisations, but seeks to act as an authoritative body with distinctive policies on matters of public interest that would be independent of the views of other organisations.
